Order Status
| Code | Description |

pending | Inactive order due to waiting for payment. |
new | New order and will be process |
confirmed | Confirmed order awaiting processing by the warehouse. |
packing | Order is currently in the packing process. |
ready_pickup | Order is ready to ship, waiting to be handed over to the 3PL. |
shipped | Order has been dropped off with the 3PL or picked up by 3PL. |
delivered | Order has been successfully delivered. |
completed | Order marked as completed and delivered. |
| canceled | Order was canceled |
| problem | The order is facing issues; the customer has requested cancellation or has complaints. |
